Return Policy:
We offer an arrive alive guarantee. If the item is not alive after you have followed the acclimation process detailed with the shipment, please email us at issues@reefs2go.com and include a picture of the item. We will refund the cost of the item or offer a store credit for the price of the item.
Also note--during cold weather, live item(s) will slow significantly in response to the cold. SLOW acclimation is a must for success. We provide you with the necessary items to complete the acclimation and recommend a minimum of 2 hours of acclimation for best results.
The return of live animals can be difficult, therefore we ask for a picture of any product which is DOA (dead on arrival) and we reserve the right to require the DOA product to be shipped back to reefs2go for a full refund of the cost of the animal(s) which are dead. If you are asked to return a DOA item, reefs2go will provide you with a return label at no additional charge to the customer.
Any non live animal item (ie: pump, skimmer, etc) can be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase.

- If the total on LIVE items is greater than 150.00 you will receive FREE shipping!

If LESS than 25% of your order does not meet our health requirements, we will ship the remaining items that do on the scheduled ship date, and refund those that do not. If MORE than 25% of your order does not meet our health requirements, we will hold your order until the next shipping day. You will be notified via email.
We can ship on a date AFTER the listed date but you will need to notify us via email after you have completed your purchase so we can notate your order of the change.
We provide a schedule for shipping so you are able to plan the arrival of the shipment and avoid DOA's. We reserve the right to postpone the shipment of LIVE animals due to potential weather issues as noted on weather.com. You will be notified via email and/or phone if your order is unable to be shipped on the scheduled date due to weather or an unforeseen issue with the LIVE item. You will also receive an email from UPS/Quantum View the night of your shipment with tracking info. If the shipping date or delivery date falls on a holiday, we will ship your package the next available date for shipping.
Please provide a physical address for shipping- UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Please make sure the address & phone # which is on your profile is correct prior to check out. We ship to the address on your profile and the phone number will be included for the carrier to contact you in the event of a problem with your package.
Items such as Pumps, Skimmers, etc (non living items) will be shipped via UPS or USPS. This will be determined by the seller based upon size/weight of the item.

» Can I please have five 2” crabs, a 3” fish, and 1 ½ inch anemone? We do our best to provide our customers with nothing but quality items. Sometime, though, these things are out of our hands. Whatever our divers can find at the time is what is available. Also, we do so many orders a day that it would be impossible to meet everyone’s specifications. Please rest easy. We would never send our customers anything that we ourselves would not want. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority here.
» I live somewhere really cold/hot, will my shipment be alright?We accommodate the animals for shipping according to what part of the country they are going to. Livestock orders received by midnight EST will be shipped 2 business days after purchase is confirmed (paid for) based on the shipping schedule. Also, remember the arrive alive guarantee. If something happens to the animal, immediately email us a picture of it to issues@reefs2go.com, and we will come to a resolve on the problem.
» I sent pictures to issues@reefs2go.com, what happens now?We will send a refund request along with the pictures you sent to our accounting department to be reviewed. Then, if approved, we will process a refund for the DOA(s). When the refund posts, you will receive and email conformation of it being credited back to your PayPal account. Or you will receive a email with a reason why the request was denied. Refunds and credits are issued once a week; your patience is greatly appreciated.
