The Trochus Snail is well suited for reef aquariums. This snail is very peaceful and because of its shell shape, it is not easily eaten by crabs.The Trochus Snail can right itself when knocked over. It naturally feeds on algae, cyanobacteria, and diatoms amongst your live rock, substrate, and aquarium glass. It is also an effective film algae eater.

Just love these guys. They travel all over the live rock and glass and don't fall off constantly like my astrea snails do. Will definitely be ordering more from r2g |

Delivered quickly, acclimated well and came in excellent health. No complaints, though the ones I received look a lot better than the picture above. I think the picture is of a different species or at a different age. |
