The astrea snail requires SLOW drip acclimation and water parameters that are pristine. Even slight traces of nitrates can be harmful to the astrea snail.

The astrea snail can not right itself when toppled over, so careful attention to placement in tank must be shown.

We will credit your account for any item which is DOA provided a picture of the item is provided within the 14 day window.

A duplicate packing slip is not available so please make sure to keep the one you receive with your order.
