I had a hair alga issue that I just kept fighting till I bought a Columbian sea hare it was like a cow in my tank and in no time at all. no more hair algae, but beware that is all they eat I tried nori and it still ended up dieing on me. which can be a bigger problem they are very poisonous when they die they release a lot of toxins into your tank not as bad as a sea apple but different types of hares are more toxic than others the Columbian is the least toxic I think. know what you are buying. Just like with anything in this hobby. Some people will buy one and lone it out to there friends. all in all I am very happy that I bought one. Just wish it would have survived after the hair was all gone. Was neet to watch.
