I've ordered a few of these guys over the years. Great crabs, very similar to emerald crabs- just now as common...Love having something a little less ordinary in the tank. |

I bought two. They are active, not shy, and survived a very high ammonia spike. |

Ordered some for my 90 Gallon Tank, I didn't think about the shipping or the weather here. I did the 2 day shipping, to have delivered on a Friday. Yea right, Winter Weather Advisory issued for Friday. Crabs arrived alive and well. Great Packaging and neat little crabs |

Great crab, got him good sized and active. A day to get used to the tank and now it's all over the place! Not shy at all. |

I just recieved one of these guys a few weeks ago and he was huge and had a beautiful red color to him. Now he has been getting to work, working on my hair algae. |

I have one of these that came with my aquarium when I bought it. It is nocturnal. In fact, I have NEVER seen it while the lights are on in the tank. It doesn't seem to be a bother to anything at all. |

These Ruby Red "mithrax" crabs are the BEST for removing unwanted hair algae. They pretty much keep to themselves, and are fun to watch! |
