Odered this 80 pack cleaner crew along with 2 Brittle Stars and 2 Serpent Stars. Everything arrived alive except the 5 turbo snails. Received package on Thurs - contacted reef2go Friday. Two hours later already had credit for my 5 DOA's. Thank you Reefs2Go for an amazing first time internet marine life purchase. I wont shop anywhere else. You cant beat their prices, knowledge, nor their AWESOME customer service. BTW - It was 5 degrees here at my house with 3 ft of snow on the ground when my order arrived. 79 live with only 5 dead specimen in weather 10 degrees or less. AWESOM JOB Reefs2Go! Ordered a cleaner crew with free shipping on a Friday. R2G kept me informed through consistent emails on my shipment. Arrived at my door in NC on Tuesday. Crew was well packed and kept warm with a heat pack in styrofoam box. Once added to tank out of the 80 inverts only had 1 mex red leg and 2 cernith DOA. Now 5 days after introducing this hungry crew to my tank they have polished 90% of the hair algae that was overrunning my reef. Could not be happier! |

this is a nice package, very impressed. Kept up to date on the shipping schedule. Pretty sure i only have 1, maybe 2 that have not come back to life, but i would expect that,. After traveling across the country in january and sitting on my door step in 20 degree F. weather for several hours. happy camper. |
