Diadema Basslet
Pseudochromis diadema
The Diadema Basslet is also known as Purple Stripe Psuedochromis/Dottyback. A bright yellow fish with a wedge shape of purple on it's head. This fish is reef safe, although it may try to eat small shrimp.
