Specifications We offer FREE shipping when:
- your ship to address is within the state of Florida or
- your livestock cart totals $150.00+ and your ship to address is within the contiguous United States.
We ship all live animals via UPS next day delivery service with heat/ice packs based upon the temps in the area of delivery which are checked daily.
We use medical grade shipping Styrofoam containers to insure the best outcome for the animals. We use professional grade bags for shipment and include a free acclimation kit for your use with every shipment.
Arrive Alive & Stay Alive 14 Day Guarantee
- Our 14 day guarantee begins at time of delivery.
- We will credit your account for any item which is DOA provided a picture of the item is provided within the 14 day window.
- Upon receipt of your shipment, a packing slip is included in your box- please make sure to keep the packing slip - the item must be photographed on the packing slip so we can see the barcode, date and packing info. A duplicate packing slip is not available so please make sure to keep the one you receive with your order.

Unless otherwise noted as a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), all images are a representation of the species you will receive, a generic picture. We will always send top quality, healthy specimens. Color variation, patterns and stage of the livestock can vary.
