There are several ways to contact us. Because we are a small family owned business we are not always available for immediate attention. We do our best to answer calls and emails as quickly as possible but in the event we have had a staffing crisis, animal crisis, or some other crisis- there may be a delay. The delay should not be more then 24 working hours - but on occasion it may seem longer if a weekend/ holiday is involved and we do not always have weekend coverage for phones and emails.
